Ridge-Fold XL Divider Curtain provides a single, expansive curtain tailored for larger gym spaces ensuring no gaps for a unified seamless appearance.

Ridge-Fold XL Gym Divider Curtain delivers a custom solution for dividing large gymnasiums and indoor sports facilities, eliminating gaps for a seamless, unified appearance. It expands on the proven Ridge-Fold design with greater torque and larger pulleys to manage heavier curtains. A 208V, 3-phase motor with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) powers the system, supporting high-demand environments like football practice arenas. Limit switches on the winch control travel in both directions. Lifting cables attach to custom-cut cores, guiding the curtain to fold accordion-style along the roof slope and match the building’s contour. This configuration maximizes overhead space and ensures smooth transitions between activities.

Product Specs

Larger version, up to 200' (61 M) wide, 70' (21 M) tall.

Available in all solid vinyl, vinyl-coated polyester mesh, or with a mesh top and solid vinyl bottom.

Vinyl height may be limited due to weight and torque requirements.

Outer edge hems are turned with double welds.

Seams are vertical and electronically welded with a 1" (25 mm) full contact weld.

Pivot joints and flexible connections in the top and bottom pockets allow the curtain to follow the building’s contour.

Provides maximum clearance for competition beneath the divider.

Requires a minimum 6" (152 mm) clearance between the vertical edges of adjoining curtains and any fixed objects.

A 3' (91.4 cm) clearance is recommended to allow egress at curtain ends.

Winch and cable drum installs in 3 pieces.

Each hoist cable terminates at an individual drum within the custom-designed winch assembly.

Includes a 3-position key lock wall switch (momentary contact) and is compatible with EZ Power Wireless Remote Control, EZ-Pad 3.0, or Smart Gym Control System.
